Shop wins Award

The shop was awarded a plaque for its achievements by the Campaign to Protect Rural England, Gloucestershire Branch. The ceremony took place at Westonbirt Arboretum and certificates were given to Jean Tomlins, Austyn Williams and Joyce Mckay picked up Ann lawsons certificate. There was also a certificate for the all volunteeers who helped make the project a success.

Shop Wins Bronze in Taste of the West Awards

The shop recently was awarded Bronze in the retail catagory of Taste of the West in Gloucestershire for our commitment to local food. Many of our suppliers also picked up awards including Clams Cakes.

New Shop Noticeboard

We have placed a community noticeboard to the outside of the shop, if you are advertising a local event or a charity event it is free to put a poster on this board. Please pop into the shop and we will be happy to help. Private adverts offering courses or services can be displayed inside the shop sized less than A5 for 50p per week or £3 for two months.

Volunteers meeting
